Summary
AppKrewe builds small products. We collect the minimum data needed to operate, improve reliability, and support users. Different products may collect different data depending on what they do.
What we collect
- Support messages: anything you send us via email (and attachments like screenshots).
- Basic diagnostics: error logs and performance events to keep the app stable.
- Device identifiers (product-specific): some products may generate a device ID to enforce usage limits or troubleshoot issues. This is not a government ID and is used only inside the product.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t run “data broker” style tracking.
- We don’t collect your contacts or call logs.
Product inputs (example: images)
Some products let you submit content (for example, an image to identify an item). That content is used to provide the feature and may be temporarily processed and stored as needed to deliver results and prevent abuse.
Third-party services
We may use third-party infrastructure (hosting, analytics, payment processing) to operate our products. Those providers may process limited data on our behalf. We choose providers that are commonly used and reputable.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for product functionality, security, and support. Support emails are retained so we can help you and keep a history of prior issues.
Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@appkrewe.com.
- You can uninstall a product at any time to stop future data collection from that product.
