By using AppKrewe products and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Use of the Services

- You won’t attempt to break, probe, or abuse our systems (including rate limits and paywalls).
- You won’t upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with other users.
Accounts and purchases (product-specific)
Some Services may offer subscriptions or paid features. Purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by the platform you used (e.g., Apple or Google), and their terms may apply.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We try to ship “small apps, big finish,” but we’re not responsible for outages beyond our reasonable control.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate the Services (for example, generating results, preventing abuse, and providing support).

- Prices, valuations, and marketplace data are estimates and may be inaccurate or outdated.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppKrewe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
